Haynes Boone Expands San Francisco Office With Move to One Post

April 29, 2024

Haynes and Boone, LLP is excited to announce a significant long-term investment in San Francisco, marking a pivotal moment in the firm's growth and commitment to the region's business and legal community and clients.

The firm will move its San Francisco office to One Post Street, occupying the entire 12,000 square feet of the 28th floor. The new office, located in the heart of the Financial District, provides convenient access for both clients and employees and is connected directly to the Montgomery Street BART/Muni station for easy commuting. This location offers proximity to key clients and legal talent in industries such as life sciences, biotech, artificial intelligence, telecommunications and networking and venture capital.

"Our investment in new office space underscores our commitment to the Bay Area legal community and our clients,” said Brian Kwok, the managing partner of Haynes Boone's San Francisco office. “A state-of-the art office where collaboration thrives and where our team can excel ensures we are positioned well for long-term success."

Haynes Boone's San Francisco office boasts experienced practitioners within the intellectual property space, representing high-tech clients in growing industries such as life sciences, artificial intelligence and telecommunications. In addition to IP, the office is expanding its service offerings to encompass a full spectrum of legal expertise, including litigation, labor and employment, real estate and corporate law.

The new space presents exciting opportunities for recruiting top talent, with increased brand recognition and a dynamic office environment that showcases Haynes Boone's commitment to excellence and innovation. The space will foster collaboration amongst attorneys and staff, with ample conference facilities to host clients, local bar organizations and industry events.

Haynes Boone’s move in San Francisco is the sixth office move by the firm since the fall, following the relocation of its largest office to a new building in Dallas in September, its Austin office relocation in December, its Woodlands office relocation in February and its relocations in Charlotte and in San Antonio earlier in April.
